State level workshop on “Replication of Successful Models of Sustainable and Environment-friendly Industrial Production”

GIZ organised a 1-day State level workshop on “Replication of Successful Models of Sustainable and Environment-friendly Industrial Production” with project partners and stakeholders from the project site Haridwar (Uttarakhand) on 19th January 2019 at Hotel Seyfert Sarovar Premiere, Dehradun, Uttarakhand.

The objective of the 1-day State level workshop is to share experiences and successful models from the Sustainable and Environment-friendly Industrial Production [SEIP] project of the Indo German Development Cooperation and discuss on the implementation of successful models in individual industries, CETPs and industrial areas.

The main topics of the workshop were:

  • Presentation on Progress and Achievements (overall, incl. replications and state action plans)
  • Spotlights on successes from 6 industries from the Haridwar industrial areas

Expected Workshop Outcomes:

  • Sharing of successes and experiences between stakeholders.
  • Taking stock of progress and successes.
  • Identifying actions for the replication of successful models.
