Development of Training Strategy, Pilot Trainings, and HR Approaches (e.g. Self -Learning, Mentoring) for CPCB

Under the Sustainable Environment-friendly Industrial Production Project (SEIP II), a meeting was held between GIZ and CPCB on the Training System in CPCB. GIZ presented an overview of the activities to be covered under the submitted proposal to CPCB on the Training System. GIZ explained how parallel activities like pilot testing and developing the HR approaches (e.g. Self-Learning, Mentoring) would help to CPCB for developing a viable Training Strategy.

At the end of the meeting, CPCB agreed to the approach suggested by GIZ with respect to the submitted proposal and decided to take up next steps to initiate the related activities for CPCB. Accordingly, it was decided that the Training System for CPCB would including strategy, pilot trainings and other HR approaches to be developed in 2021-2022. Moreover, GIZ’s Academy for International Cooperation (AIZ) would be appointed to take up the activities and supporting CPCB and SEIP II in this mission.
