This triangular cooperation is aimed at the implementation of a coherent and comprehensive policy to improve air quality, based on the coordinated effort between participating countries, enriching it with the experiences and achievements obtained. It will promote the development of technical cooperation mechanisms between countries.

The objective of the project is: "Capacities will be strengthened for the development of strategies, programs and action plans to combat air pollution, with viable technical and financial solutions and exchange of knowledge and experience to make the public policies operational."

Budget:  300.000 EUR from Germany, 340.000 EUR in kind from Mexico, Indian city in kind for implementation; 350.000 EUR
